Valerie Badilla is a civic and community leader based in Cyprus, actively involved in Filipino-diaspora initiatives and innovation leadership. She serves as Chairperson of the Cyprus chapter of the European Network of Filipino Diaspora (ENFiD) for the 2025–2026 term, representing the Filipino community in Cyprus and advancing programs that foster unity, empowerment, and inclusion.

In addition to her leadership in diaspora networks, Valerie is engaged in climate technology and entrepreneurship, contributing her expertise as Chief Innovation Officer at an AI and climate-tech initiative rooted in Cyprus, where she supports community-focused solutions for environmental and social impact.
