Marison Perez Rodriguez is a seasoned executive and technology professional with over two decades of global experience spanning IT operations, enterprise systems, recruitment, and international manpower consulting. She is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Lipperton Company s.r.o., based in Prague, where she leads consulting, visa processing, and workforce solutions—helping employers across the Czech Republic and Europe meet their manpower needs, particularly through talent sourcing from the Philippines.

Alongside her entrepreneurial leadership, Marison brings a strong enterprise IT background, having held senior roles at IBM, Kyndryl, Standard Chartered Bank, Accenture, and other multinational organizations. Her expertise includes mainframe operations, production management, compliance, security audits, and technical subject-matter leadership across EMEA and global accounts.

Marison’s career uniquely blends technology, business analysis, recruitment, and cross-border workforce management, supported by experience as a marketing consultant, EU processor, proofreader/editor, and academic faculty member in the Philippines and Europe. Known for her multicultural perspective and hands-on leadership style, she continues to bridge technology, talent, and international mobility in today’s global workforce.
