Maria Roled (also known as Maria Roled Libunao Rossbach) is a Norway‑based professional and community leader with active roles in both civic engagement and business. She serves as Deputy Chair (Nestleder) of ENFiD Norge – the Network of Filipino Diaspora in Norway, contributing to organisational leadership and support for Filipino communities across the country. Additionally, she holds leadership positions in Norwegian businesses, including serving as board chair and managing director in multiple companies, demonstrating experience in administration and governance.

Maria is also a seasoned skincare professional and entrepreneur based in Norway, with over 22 years of international experience in the beauty and wellness industry. She is the founder and lead aesthetician of Skincare By Roled AS, where she provides personalised skin analysis and bespoke treatments informed by extensive global experience — including more than a decade at the prestigious Farris Bad spa in Larvik and seven years serving diverse clients aboard Royal Caribbean International. Roled holds professional certification from Hudpleieakademiet in Oslo and the esteemed International Esthetician CIDESCO qualification, underscoring her expertise in advanced skin care. In addition to her work in beauty and wellness, she is known for her leadership roles in community and business initiatives within Norway.
