Jeffrey Morales is a senior technology and cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in cyber protection, program and project management, IT governance, and enterprise infrastructure across global financial and telecommunications organizations. He currently serves as Vice President for Cybersecurity Program & Project Management at Deutsche Börse Group in Frankfurt, where he leads large-scale cybersecurity, automation, and protection initiatives supporting critical financial market infrastructure.

With a strong foundation in IT service management, systems consulting, and operations, Jeffrey has held senior roles at Deutsche Börse, TSCNET Services, Freistaat Bayern, Singtel, UBS, SunPower, and HP, managing complex, multi-platform environments, data centers, and globally distributed systems. His expertise spans cybersecurity programs, IT asset and configuration management, ITIL-based operations, vendor and contract management, and large-scale infrastructure transformation.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Jeffrey is the Founder of Thriving Tribes, a social impact initiative focused on supporting the education of indigenous children in the Philippines. Known for his disciplined delivery, technical depth, and people-centered leadership, he brings together enterprise-scale cybersecurity execution and purposeful community engagement.
