Ester Beatty is a dedicated community leader and advocate for Filipino migrants in Cyprus, with over three decades of experience in civil rights, social action, and community empowerment. She has served as Chairperson of the Federation of Filipino Organizations in Cyprus since 2016, overseeing day-to-day operations, organizing cultural events, and providing support to community members in need.
Since 2000, Ester has been an active Committee Member and Secretary at St. Joseph Social Center, assisting foreign women with temporary accommodation and support while navigating legal and immigration processes. Previously, she served as President of the Philippine Community Association (1993–2003), collaborating with embassies, consulates, and NGOs to address the welfare of Filipinos abroad.
Ester is recognized for her longstanding commitment to community service, cultural promotion, and social advocacy, consistently empowering Filipino communities through organized programs, events, and support networks.
