Annie Estricomen is a founder and community leader based in France with long-standing experience in education, cultural engagement, and civic leadership. She is the Founder and President of Calabarzon French School, a role she has held since 2015, dedicated to strengthening educational and cultural ties between France and the Philippines.

She also serves as President of the Club Sportif Franco-Philippines in Boulogne-Billancourt, where she leads initiatives that promote sports, community building, and cross-cultural collaboration within the Filipino-French community. In addition, Annie holds leadership roles as Founder and President of CALABARZON in France and President of FILCOM, and is a member of the ENFID Executive Committee (2025).

Annie’s academic background includes Industrial Engineering studies at Colegio de San Juan de Letran–Calamba, as well as French Literature and Language at Alliance Française in Paris. She completed her secondary education at Laguna College of Business and Arts in Calamba City. Recognized for her commitment to education, culture, and community development, Annie continues to play a pivotal role in advancing Filipino-French relations.
